The Time Out “Residence”

The Time Out City Hotel Vienna is located in a beautiful art nouveau building directly in the city center. It exists already over 100 years and represents a cozy, familiar and cheerful place.

The combination of the elegant façade with the modern design of the Hotel and the Lounge Bar is one of the characteristics of this residence.

Since 1st of January 2012, the Leitgeb family took over this Guest House and changed its name from „Quisisana“ to „Time Out City Hotel Vienna“. It is a small, very friendly and informal, family run Guest House, which offers you friendly hospitality in a homely atmosphere. The families’ intention is to lead the Hotel traditionally and combine it with the modern elements.

A Hotel is not only a place to stay it is much more. Make yourself at home in one of our different designed rooms.

The Guest House provides a comprehensive Breakfast Menu and there is also the possibility to enjoy lunch and dinner in the Lounge Bar.

The “Time Out” is a family establishment, which differs by flair, warmth, friendly service and the excellent location from their competitors.
